For a U.S. passport, start with our passport services. For international visas, choose your destination on our visa page. If you need both, our team can help you plan the order.
Can you help if I’m traveling soon?
Call 202-667-7445 with your departure date, destination, and the service you need. Our team can confirm available options before you place an order. Processing and issuance are controlled by the relevant government authority.
What is included in the price?
The service selection and order summary show government fees and Duke’s service fees. Review shipping, payment-related charges, and any selected extras before confirming your order.
Can I add a passport card?
Yes. Select "Add passport card (+$30.00)" below the passport fee table. For base government fees of $86.87 or $216.87, the $30.00 is included in government fees, your checkout total, and your order form. A passport card is not valid for international air travel. Compare a passport card and book at Travel.State.Gov.
How can I check my order?
Visit Track your order and enter the order number from your confirmation. If you cannot find your number, contact Duke’s.
Is Duke’s a government agency?
No. Duke’s is a private service provider. Government fees are separate from our service fees. You may also apply directly with the relevant government authority.
When should I send original documents?
Review the checklist and mailing instructions for your selected service. Contact Duke’s if anything is unclear.
