Payment policy

Clear payment instructions for your order.

Updated October 26, 2026

Review the fees and payment method shown in your order before submitting it. Placing an order is not confirmation that payment has been received. A receipt becomes available in your account when Duke’s marks the order paid.

Credit and debit cards

Use only a card you are authorized to use. Review the order total and any displayed payment-method fee before authorizing payment. When hosted checkout is available, card payment takes place on Clover’s payment page. Otherwise, Duke’s will arrange payment with you after the order is submitted; submitting the order does not charge your card. Never send full card details or a security code by email or in an order comment.

Check or money order

Contact Duke’s to confirm the payee, amount, and delivery instructions before writing a check or money order. Include the order reference. Government payments may require a separate payee or instrument as stated in your service checklist. Selecting this option does not mark the order paid; Duke’s must receive and verify payment.

Zelle

Call 202-667-7445 to verify Duke’s current Zelle recipient before sending money. Check the recipient and amount in your banking app and include your order reference. Do not send funds to a destination provided in an unexpected message without confirming it with us. Your order remains unpaid until Duke’s confirms receipt. Zelle does not offer purchase protection, and payments to enrolled recipients generally cannot be canceled. See Zelle’s guidance for paying a business.

Other payment arrangements

Select "Other" and briefly explain the proposed method. Do not enter account numbers, card details, passwords, or security codes. This is a request for an arrangement, not payment authorization or confirmation. Contact Duke’s for approval and instructions before sending funds.

Questions, cancellations, and refunds

Contact Duke’s with your order reference as soon as you need to cancel or question a charge. Ask for the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your service before payment. Government fees, service work, and delivery costs may have different rules. A refund is not confirmed until Duke’s reviews the request and communicates the outcome. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under applicable law or your payment provider’s terms.

Payment and application status

Payment does not guarantee passport or visa issuance or a particular completion date. Processing depends on the relevant authority and complete, acceptable documents. An invoice describes charges; a receipt records an order marked paid. If a payment or receipt appears incorrect, contact info@dukesvisa.com or 202-667-7445.
